The Triarcus Architecture

Triarcus is designed as a layered constitutional governance architecture built on a simple idea: authority should be explicit, and a system should not be able to act outside — or quietly alter — the governance that constrains it.

The architecture has a clear spine. A human authority sits at the apex. A governance policy is compiled and checked before deployment. Components operate only within their compiled authority. If the governance does not pass that check, the system does not deploy.

What is demonstrated today

Cornerstone is the first working implementation of this spine — a pre-execution governance engine that issues deterministic, auditable decisions (allow, hold, or block) with a full reasoning trace. It is the concrete proof that the approach runs.

What is designed and protected

The broader architecture — additional governance, reasoning, oversight, and interoperability layers — is documented and protected as filed intellectual property. These are design and roadmap: built as real demand and independent validation warrant, not presented as finished capability. We would rather show one working layer honestly than claim a system that does not yet exist.

Human Sovereign → Veto Triad → SOVRAN → ORDO/CCPA

The Human Sovereign sits at the absolute apex. No component overrides sovereign authority — ever. SOVRAN's three locks (Emergence, Preservation, Legislative) make governance modification structurally impossible without unanimous authorized consent. ORDO compiles governance before deployment. If governance does not pass compilation, the system does not deploy.
