Healthcare
Bring AI agents into clinical and administrative work, with every action checked against who may order, approve, or disclose.
In design.
Where agents are arriving
Prior authorization, scheduling, refills, coding and patient messaging. Each involves decisions about who may act, on whose authority, and what may be shared.
What Cathedral checks
Before an agent’s action takes effect, Cathedral checks it against the applicable authorities: clinical roles (who may order or approve), your organization’s policies, and the rules on what may be disclosed and to whom.
Routine actions within policy proceed.
Decisions that require a clinician go to one.
Disclosures outside policy are stopped.
A record that explains itself
Every decision records the rule, the authority, and the reason, so you can show later why an action was taken and who approved it.
Patient data stays with you
Cathedral runs in your environment, with your sign-in and your keys.
