The agent proposes. Your authority decides.

Cathedral works within your systems, under your rules and your people’s authority, starting with a single workflow.

How it fits into your systems

Works alongside what you already have.

Your systems ask Cathedral before an action executes, or your AI agents reach their tools only through Cathedral. Either way, nothing an agent proposes takes effect until the applicable rules and authorities have been checked.

Your people stay in charge.

When an action needs a person’s decision, it goes to the right approver in the tools your teams already use, with the rule, the authority, and the reason in front of them.

Runs in your environment.

Cathedral runs in your data center or your cloud, with your sign-in and your keys. Your data stays with you.

Your rules, approved by your people.

Your compliance and risk teams decide the rules. Cathedral applies them consistently and records how each decision was made.

A working implementation runs today. Integration details are available under NDA.

How we work with you

1. A conversation about where AI agents fit.

We start by understanding where you are using AI agents today, or plan to, and which decisions matter most to your organization.

2. Workflow and authority analysis.

We work with your business, risk, and technology teams to map one workflow end to end: the actions an agent would take, the laws, regulations, and policies that apply to each one, who has authority to approve, and what record an examiner or auditor would expect. You receive a clear map of authority and a set of recommendations, whether or not you go further with us.

3. Security and architecture review.

We work through your vendor review with your security team: how Cathedral runs in your environment, how it connects, and how your data is protected.

4. Setup in your test environment.

We install Cathedral in your sandbox and connect it to the workflow we mapped, alongside your existing systems and sign-in.

5. Rules setup with your teams.

Your policies, limits, and approval levels become rules that your compliance and risk teams review and approve.

6. A shadow pilot.

Cathedral evaluates every proposed action and records what it would have decided, without changing how work flows. You see the results before enforcing anything.

7. A governed pilot.

On one workflow, Cathedral’s decisions take effect: authorized actions proceed, others go to the right person or are stopped, and every decision is recorded. We review the results with you regularly.

8. Expanding with confidence.

From there, you add workflows and agents at your own pace, with rule updates as regulations change and support from our team.
